To inspect the product
As you know, all our bulk square paper plates are made from plant fibers, but it’s possible that some metal wires might be mixed in during the manufacturing process. These metal wires should absolutely not be put in the microwave, as it would be very dangerous. Of course, all products undergo very strict inspections before leaving the factory, but smaller factories might not have these inspections, leading to metal impurities in the product and causing problems in the microwave.
Short-term heating
Solid paper plates or other shaped products can be heated, but it’s best not to heat them for too long. Generally, heating for less than three minutes is standard practice; heating for more than 10 minutes requires extra caution. You can heat any food in our plates, whether oily or watery; all our products are suitable for heating.

Do not heat without a load
At any time, regardless of the container you use for microwave heating, we do not recommend operating or heating the microwave oven empty. Although our premium disposable plates will not be damaged when heated empty, running the microwave empty serves no purpose, so we do not recommend using our products for empty operation.
Risk of leakage
Generally, all our quality paper plates are oil-proof and waterproof, so there is no risk of leakage of water or oil during use. However, many manufacturers cut costs by making products that are not oil-proof or waterproof, so it’s important to understand the characteristics of the product you are using to avoid unnecessary leaks.
Inspection is necessary
Most quality disposable plates and cutlery are safe and do not contain any metallic substances. Therefore, it is crucial to carefully inspect these products before use, as products containing metal wires or other impurities may pose a risk of explosion in the microwave and could also contaminate food.

Our sugarcane waste paper plates are made from plant fibers, and after processing and drying, they are essentially odorless. However, when heated at high temperatures, the product may still emit a faint, fresh plant fiber scent, but this scent is easily masked by the smell of the food.
Safety
Although our round disposable plates are made of plant fibers, they are very safe to use. You don't need to worry about them burning or charring, even if you heat them in a microwave oven for an extended period.
