Thickness
The thickness of disposable pasta bowls is related to the weight of the bowl. Generally speaking, the heavier the bowl, the thicker the bowl wall, the more durable the bowl is when used, and of course the price is higher than the lighter product. In the process of our product production, the gram weight of the bowl can be customized, and the weight we provide is a more reasonable weight measured.
Color
The color of ramen bowl package can be white or brown. The white raw material product comes from sugarcane pulp, while the brown raw material comes from bamboo pulp. These two different colors are original in the production process, and no auxiliary materials or dyes are added for production.
Logo customization

Production processes of eco disposable bowls

Raw material
Any plant fiber can be used as a material for the production of 12 oz disposable bowls. Sugarcane fiber pulp, bamboo fiber pulp and wood fiber pulp can all be used as materials for our products. The colors of these different materials determine the final color of the biodegradable bowls. In order to produce food-grade products, the materials must be strictly inspected and controlled.

Molds preparation
Before producing 16 oz disposable bowls, molds of different shapes need to be prepared. Molds of different shapes determine the different shapes of our products. The molds of each product are unique. Our factory has more than 300 different molds to support the production of different kinds of fiber pulp products.

Technical of production
Compared with any other product, the production technology of fiber pulp disposable divided bowls is very special. All materials need to be mixed with water in the pulp pool, and then they are picked up with a metal mesh structure mold. The water will leak out and the fiber will remain wet. Then the molded mold is placed on the wet fiber to make the product.

Checking
Most of our disposable dinner bowls need to be inspected one by one to ensure the high quality of our products, without any dirty things and uniform fibers during the production process. This inspection method is very costly, because most people here are doing inspection work, so a lot of clean materials are more important for inspection work.

Checking method
As I introduced before, the inspection method of pulp serving bowls in our factory is one by one. Since the smaller the degradable bowl is, the higher the price is, because the method we use in the production process is more expensive. We can cancel the one-by-one inspection method to reduce the price of the product, but some products do have problems, accounting for about 3%-5%.
Disinfection
Most of our factories do not have this disinfection process for 16 oz disposable bowls with lids. The disinfection of bowls or plates or any other type of products is also carried out one by one, and it is a very necessary step. The cost of this process is higher, so if this production process is cancelled during production, it can also reduce the cost of the product for you, but we do not recommend it.
Working shop
Due to the food grade requirements for big bowls in batch production, we have to do a lot of cleaning of the workshop and inspection line, but not all production plants can meet this requirement, and this cleaning environment control also requires a high cost. And all our workers need to disinfect and change clothes before entering the workshop, which are necessary in the production process.
Weight
The weight of white pasta bowls is the main factor that determines their price. The heavier the product, the higher the price. At the same time, the strength of such bowls will be higher and more durable. This is why we often tell customers some price difference factors. However, because our machinery and equipment are very good and the pressure is very high, even if the weight is slightly lighter during the production process, the quality and strength will be very good.
Oil proof
Waterproof is a necessary function for all our ramen bowls or small-sized bowls, but most products on the market have oil-proof products because these products are low in cost. We must put a product into the material before production to ensure that our finished products are oil-proof and high-quality. The price of products with or without oil-proof function varies greatly.
PFAS free or not
Conventional and ordinary fiber pulp products contain PFAS, but we can provide noodle bowls products without PFAS. The maximum temperature resistance of PFAS-free products can be 55℃ or 120℃.
